Terms & Conditions – Ride Hua Hin

Welcome to Ride Hua Hin. By booking or participating in a ride with us, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings must be made via our website, WhatsApp/LINE, or directly by contacting us.

  • Payment must be completed in full before the ride starts. We accept secure online payments through Stripe, Omise, or PayPal.

  • Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customer cancellation:

    • More than 48 hours before the ride – full refund.

    • Within 48 hours – 50% refund.

    • Within 24 hours or no-show – no refund.

  • Operator cancellation:

    • If we cancel due to weather, safety, or other reasons, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.

3. Safety & Requirements

  • Riders are licensed and insured under Thai law.

  • Helmets and safety gear are provided and must be worn at all times.

  • Customers must follow the rider’s instructions during the ride.

  • Customers must be in good health and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair safety.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the ride.

4. Assumption of Risk

By booking a ride, you acknowledge that:

  • Motorcycling carries inherent risks, including accidents, injury, or weather-related hazards.

  • You voluntarily accept these risks and agree that Ride Hua Hin is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages except where required by law.

5. Insurance

  • Ride Hua Hin provides commercial insurance coverage in compliance with the Thai Ministry of Tourism & Sports regulations.

  • Customers are encouraged to hold their own travel insurance that covers motorcycle activities.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Ride Hua Hin is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings carried during the ride.

  • Secure storage may be available on request for small items.

7. Media & Photography

  • We may take photos or videos during the ride for marketing purposes.

  • If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform us before the ride.

8. Weather & Itinerary Changes

  • Rides may be adjusted, delayed, or cancelled in case of bad weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We will do our best to provide an alternative route or reschedule.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
